North Pointe Apartments

Focus Design Build proudly completed the remodel of North Pointe Apartments, elevating the multi-family residential complex to new heights of sophistication and functionality. Tasked by Curtis Capital Group LLC, with BDH orchestrating the design, the project rejuvenated three buildings within a vibrant community in Coon Rapids, MN. Overcoming the challenges of a tight timeframe and the necessity to minimize disruption to residents, Focus Design Build implemented strategic renovations outside of business hours, meticulously managing noise and dust. The outcome was the seamless transformation of 9 hallways, 3 fitness rooms, 3 community rooms, 3 lobby/mail rooms, and a spanking new leasing office, executed with minimal impact on the tenants’ daily lives.
