After serving in the US Marine Corps, Chris worked his way through the construction industry over the last 20-plus years, learning every aspect of the construction process. His experience as a carpenter, a foreman, and a Marine drives his highly detailed, tenacious, and steadfast approach to problem-solving when working on any construction project. Chris’ ability to build and maintain quality relationships, paired with his personable demeanor, makes him an exceptional construction manager, business owner, and, more importantly, a partner through the entire construction process.
As Superintendent, Tim brings more than 30-plus years of experience in the construction industry. His primary focus is leading construction activities, coordinating and scheduling trades, performing quality control, overseeing safety compliance on jobsites, and maintaining deadlines for Focus Design Build projects. Tim is a passionate about what he does and enjoys building relationships with clients and trade partners, problem-solving, and wowing clients at the end of projects.
Lydia recently joined the Focus Design Build team as a Project Intern. She will work with Focus until she returns to North Dakota State University for Construction Engineering. As a project intern, Lydia manages job sites and is the eyes and ears for the entire Focus Design Build team. She fields questions as they arise from trade partners, utilizes company software to complete daily logs, and manages project progress. Outside of contributing the Focus Design Build, Lydia loves to be outside, hike, read, and is an artist in her free time!
