Focus Design Build partnered with Rueter Walton and House of Rowe to remodel the main floor at Luna Apartments in Minneapolis. Completed in June 2025, the project transformed the lobby, leasing office, mail and package room, and amenity spaces with modern finishes, upgraded lighting, and improved layouts. Despite tight timelines and existing building challenges, the result is a refreshed resident experience that strengthens the property’s brand and appeal.
