Focus Design Build partnered with Tim Nichols, CEO and Founder of Lifestyle Communities, to complete a full interior renovation of their 4,990 SF office space in Edina, Minnesota. Delivered on September 6, 2024, the project came with a tight budget and schedule. To meet these challenges, our team conducted a comprehensive value engineering process alongside the client, identifying creative solutions to align the project scope with both financial and timeline goals. The result is a refreshed office environment that reflects Lifestyle Communities’ vision while balancing quality, cost, and efficiency.
