Minnesota Airstream Park

Minnesota Airstream Park had an old pool and pool house that was in utter disrepair. After the 2020 RV boom, the park saw a drastic increase in interest from Airstream renters and visitors alike; they decided to invest in the facilities by constructing a new pool house and pool. BDH partnered with Focus Design Build early during the design stage to advise on costs and Design Assist in order to hit the client’s deadline of opening by July 1st to open in time for the 4th of July holiday. As a result, the Focus Design Build team was able to stick to budget and design, all while meeting the client’s tight timelines.
